Fifth Water Hot Springs 10-16-10

I know I know...I haven't posted anything. I've been working on my scrapbook and pretty much put the blog on hold for a bit. But I thought I would post pics about what happened almost a month ago! Holy Moly! Anyway...on Saturday, October 16th Kev and I and a friend went to this sweet place called Fifth Water Hot Springs. I was hesistant of saying the name because I don't want it to be overloaded with people the next time we go, but ah well....it's beautiful and people should see it! :) So anyway...it's about an hour hike there and hour back..so not bad at all!! It was so beautiful this time of year too because of all these leaves and their many different colors! (Look at that first picture! Aren't the leaves unreal?!) Kev likes hikes but REALLY likes it when there is something fun at the end. I looked online to try to find a sweet place and found this one. It's so cool (actually hot since it's hot springs) but here are just some pictures we took before it got too dark. The pictures obviously don't really show the details because it was dark, but just trust me, it was cool. :) Go online and look up the images if you don't believe me! It was SO hot in some spots and other spots were luke warm. The closer you got to the water fall, the hotter it was. It was so sweet! We'll definitely go there again!
