ONE YEAR OLDER....

WELL...this last weekend went by super fast! My 24th birthday was on Sunday, May 10th...which also was Mother's Day of course. So this was definitely a very special Mother's Day for me and my mom. Friday we had to go out to San Diego, so we thought we would take advantage of the awesome weather. Keven surprised me with my "first" present that I have wanted for awhile. I was SO excited and still am! You see that bad boy on my back?! Yea, that's right....that's a hands free beach chair/recliner/backpack/cupholder/cooler!! It is the absolute sweetest thing ever and so comfortable! And if you didn't notice...my hair is another color...again! :) It's red now...especially in the sun! :)After the beach, Keven took me to start looking for my second present which was workout clothes! Oh do I LOVE workout clothes! Then we went to the bombest place....The Cheesecake Factory. If you haven't had the fried macaroni and cheese balls and the sweet tamale corn cakes....oh man alive..those are so good! Keven and I just had that for our dinner and it was SUPER! Then they gave me a little baby sundae and I got to blow out a candle while being sung to! :)Saturday we relaxed at the pool all day. Keven got me my chi hair straightner that I have wanted for REALLY long time! After I was hitting the two wires together on my old one to try to get some kind of connection, I think Keven realized that I really needed a new one. :) Then he got me a Jillian Michaels (The biggest loser) book called "Making the cut" that I LOVE! Then Sunday came and it was so special. Almost all of our family was at my parents house and got to celebrate our wonderful Mother. The whole day I was just imagining that 24 years ago on that day, my Mom and I were blessed with one another here on Earth. I am just so grateful and love her so much!

I happened to grab two of the little ones with all the roudy people around! :)
